How to do Motor Pacing to Peak for a Goal Race

Motor pacing is one of the best forms of training to get you into peak form for your A road race or time trial. I started motor pacing on the track when I was 13 years old and have used motor pacing to peak and win many of my national championship titles on the road and track. As a coach it’s my preferred form of training to add the finishing touches to an A race preparation.
