One on One Training Sessions
Training sessions offer private instruction from Simon to help you achieve your fitness goals and improve your bike skills. Training sessions are offered for individuals or groups in Tampa, Florida.
Example Training Sessions:
- Improve fitness with a specifically designed workout
- Improve motivation and focus by having a coach present
- Learn and improve bike skills and technique
- Review and improve your bike fit
- Learn skills as a group that will improve your safety and enjoyment
- Learn and practice race specific drills for upcoming races
- Power Testing to evaluate your current fitness and ability
$100/Individual Session (75 minutes)
$40 (per person)/Group Session (90 minutes / 3 or more)
