Coaching Packages

Simon Says Cycling offers two levels of coaching packages. Each coaching package consists of a fully customized 4-week training plan combined with ongoing coach communication and feedback.

Advantage Package

Advantage is a comprehensive package offering some of the features of the higher level packages but with less frequent coach communication and feedback. Typically, an Advantage athlete is in contact with Simon on a weekly basis by either email or telephone. At this level Simon will review your training log and ride files weekly, providing expert feedback.

If you want Simon’s expert training methods but need less hands-on coaching, then Advantage is a great choice.

Advantage:  

  • 2-3 calls per month, up to 30 minutes each (Mon-Fri, 10am-6pm)
  • Weekly email communication
  • Start-up consultation to discuss your goals and coaching needs
  • Fully customized Training Plan
  • 1-2 revisions of Training Plan per month, if needed
  • Weekly review of 2-3 key workout power or heart rate files
  • Weekly review of your training log in Training Peaks
  • Power test ever 12 week 
  • Training Peaks basic account included

$300/4-weeks + $100 start-up

Excellence Package

If you want a very high level of personal attention with daily coaching feedback then Excellence is the package for you. At this level you have the option to communicate with Simon daily by email or telephone.

Simon is much more hands-on with your training, including daily review of your workout power or heart rate files. This means that Simon can fine-tune and micro adjust your training plan as needed, ensuring that you are always training optimally. At this level more time is spent working on key areas like the mental side of competition, race strategy, and group skills.

The Excellence Package has consistently shown to accelerate improvements in speed, power, and confidence.

Excellence:

  • Unlimited client-initiated communication (Mon-Fri, 10am-6pm)
  • Frequent coach-initiated communication
  • In-depth start-up consultation to discuss your goals and coaching needs
  • Fully customized Training Plan
  • Unlimited revisions of your Training Plan, if needed
  • Daily review of your workout power or heart rate files
  • Daily review of your training log in Training Peaks
  • Power test every 8-12 weeks, including detailed report
  • In-depth mental skills, bike skills, and race strategy training
  • 4-phase off season strength training plan
  • Training Peaks Premium account included

$450/4-weeks + $100 start-up 

$500/4-weeks + $100 start-up*
