Local Training Sessions are in Tampa, Florida with Simon coaching you one on one. Training sessions can included a one on one Training Session, Power Testing, or a Group Training Session.

Training Sessions offer private instruction from Simon to help you achieve your fitness goals and improve your bike skills. Local Training Sessions are offered for individuals or groups in the New Tampa area.
Training Sessions can help you:
- Improve fitness with a specifically designed workout
- Improve motivation and focus by having a coach present
- Learn and improve bike skills and technique
- Review and improve your bike fit
- Learn skills as a group that will improve your safety and enjoyment
- Learn and practice race specific drills for upcoming races
$100/Individual Session (75 minutes)
$40 (per person)/Group Session (90 minutes / 3 or more)

From March to October Simon conducts weekly group coaching sessions every Wednesday evening in the New Tampa area focusing on group skills and race simulation workouts.
