12 Week Custom Plans

A Training Plan offers Simon Says Cycling's customized training methods at a more affordable price compared with a Coaching Package. A Training Plan differs from a Coaching Package in that once you receive your Training Plan there is very limited ongoing coach communication. Training plan revisions are not included and are at an additional fee. 

Customized Plans

A 12-week Training Plan is designed personally from scratch by Simon. Each training plan is designed based on your cycling goals, experience, ability, time of year, and the time you have available to train. Your personalized training zones are calculated at start-up and are shown in either power or heart rate zones.

A 12-week Training Plan is a great way to train more effectively. It will also add more focus and motivation to your training. 
 

12 Week Plan:  

  • Start-up questionnaire with Training Plan goal setting
  • Fully customized Training Plan
  • Your daily workouts in a highly descriptive format
  • Personalized training zones in power or heart rate
  • Training Peaks basic account included
  • 6 week training plan review (to plan for the final 6 weeks)
  • Add-ons: In depth power testing. Includes a detailed report of your strengths and areas of improvement (additional $50).
  • Add-ons: 30 minute telephone consultation at start-up (additional $50)

$300/12-Week Plan + $50 start-up (first plan only)
